Shipping policy
Delivery terms
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Once the order has been confirmed, the Customer will receive an SMS from the carrier within 2 business days to select a delivery time slot. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check that this message has been received, including in their spam folder.
As the Products are bulky, the Customer or an authorised person must be present at the time of delivery.
Once the time slot has been confirmed, delivery will take place within an indicative minimum period of 3 to 6 business days, depending on:
- the Customer’s availability,
- the carrier’s logistical constraints.
Delivery times are expressed in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and run from the day following payment of the order, subject to acceptance of the order.
In the event of a delay, SENHO undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible. The Customer may then choose to maintain or cancel all or part of the order. In the event of cancellation, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 30 days.
Types of delivery
“ECO” delivery
- Delivery of the product outside the Customer’s home or at the entrance of the building
- No delivery to an upper floor and no installation
- The Customer is responsible for collecting and installing the product
“STANDARD” delivery
- Delivery to the room of use
- Additional service subject to a specific charge
- Price varies depending on the delivery address and parcel weight
Order tracking
The Customer can track the shipment of their order using the tracking link or tracking number provided by SENHO or the carrier.
Liability and compliance
SENHO bears the risks associated with storage and transport until the Products reach the delivery location.
Once the Products have been physically handed over, the risks are transferred to the Customer.
SENHO cannot be held liable for:
- failure to attend appointments arranged with the carrier,
- the Customer’s absence or any inability to complete delivery attributable to the Customer (incorrect address, inaccessible premises, unjustified refusal, etc.).
By default, only one delivery attempt is included for bulky products. Any second delivery attempt may result in additional charges (approximately EUR 50 to EUR 120 including VAT).
In the event of an unjustified refusal of delivery, SENHO may consider the order cancelled due to the Customer’s actions. Transport, return, handling and storage costs may be deducted from the refund.
Inspection upon delivery
The Customer must check the conformity of the order in the presence of the carrier:
- number of parcels,
- apparent condition of the parcels,
- condition of the products.
In the event of any non-conformity, the issue must be clearly stated on the delivery note (damaged product, incomplete product, service not performed, etc.).
